About Pradeep C, CEO, Edista Testing Institute

Pradeep Chennavajhula has around 14+ years of experience in the areas of Project Management and system development in the business sectors of manufacturing, consulting and information technology. As part of his current role, he is heading an independent venture of QAI in the field of Software Testing – Edista Testing Institute, as its CEO. Hailing from a family of educationists, PC (as he is known) is currently involved with the creation and setting up of education institutes focused on Software Testing.

At ETI, he currently focuses on Business Strategy, People Management, Alliances, and Technical Delivery. As a consultant in his previous role, Pradeep had trained over 3000+ candidates in over 11 countries, and consulted for organizations like Siemens, IBM, Cap Gemini, SAP Labs, Accenture, Ford Information Systems, ADP, Microsoft, iFlex Solutions, and many others. Pradeep has also been actively involved with the development of business, and large customers at QAI/ETI.

Prior to heading ETI –a subsidiary of QAI, PC worked for Planetasia, Zee Telefilms, KPMG Worldwide, American Express Bank – TRS, Birla Consultancy Services and Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. He has also worked with BITS, Pilani and ICFAI Business School as faculty member and Coordinator for teaching the topics of management systems.

His main areas of interest include Education, Software Testing, Software Engineering, Software Estimation, Software Requirements Management, Software Project Management, Management Systems, Software Engineering Economics, Process Engineering & Consulting, Business Strategy and Business Process Reengineering.

About Navyug Mohnot, Director, Edista Testing Institute & CEO, QAI

Navyug Mohnot is an alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Post that, he went to the US to do a PhD from the University of Rochester. He quit the program to return to India to set up QAI India and to evangelize the concept of Quality when India did not really have an IT industry. He pioneered the concept of Operational Excellence and contributed to growth of the Indian IT industry on the bedrock of quality.

He was awarded the IIT Alumni Award for “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” for his contribution to the space of Operational Excellence to the IT industry. In a survey by Dataquest, he was recognized as 1 of the 50 leaders who have shaped the Indian IT industry. Under Navyug's stewardship, QAI has grown from a single location entity to a trans global organization with offices all over the world. It has also gone on to become the thought leader in this space. Navyug has been a strong Operational Excellence evangelist and has spoken at various conferences around the world.

Navyug is a TiE Charter Member, a mentor on the NASSCOM Emerge Forum and on the editorial advisory board of India for India's first journal on consulting titled “Consulting Ahead.”
